Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to handle physical demands including intermittent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and carrying up to 25 pounds frequently
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and software navigation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends or holidays as required
  • Successful completion of comprehensive background screening
  • Adherence to company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Basic computer and software troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

  • Ability to follow prescribed protocols and scripts

Job Duties

  • Input all appointments in a timely manner
  • Input of manager confirmation calls
  • Assist service advisors in answering customer questions regarding logistics and scheduling
  • Help solve computer software and input problems ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Call back missed appointments
  • Assist parts and dispatch in rescheduling customers with special order parts
  • Perform follow-up and report back to advisors and management
  • Perform outbound calls
  • Compile list of calls made and track notes daily to complete nightly report sent to management
  • Conduct due diligence research prior to calling customers
  • Train in prescribed protocol as set forth in BDC phone script
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Work in cooperative, positive and professional manner with all personnel
  • Treat members of the public and customers courteously and non-discriminatorily
  • Adhere to company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment
