Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to use computer software for scheduling and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to follow prescribed phone scripts and protocols
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50lbs occasionally and carry up to 25lbs frequently
- Must pass comprehensive background screening
- Willingness to work full-time hours
- Ability to adhere to company policies including non-discrimination and harassment

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency with computer software and input systems
- Capability to perform due diligence research
- Familiarity with customer service protocols
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Demonstrated professionalism in customer interactions
- Basic understanding of automotive service department operations
Job Duties
- Input all appointments in a timely manner
- Input manager confirmation calls
- Assist service advisors in answering customer questions about logistics and scheduling
- Help solve computer software and input problems ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports
- Call back missed appointments
- Assist parts and dispatch in rescheduling customers with special order parts, consulting service advisors as needed
- Perform follow up and report back to advisors and management
- Perform outbound calls
- Compile list of calls made and track notes daily to complete nightly report sent to management
- Conduct due diligence research prior to calling customers
- Train in prescribed protocol as set forth in BDC phone script
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain regular attendance
- Work cooperatively and professionally with all personnel
- Treat public and customers courteously and without discrimination
- Maintain a professional demeanor at work
- Adhere to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
