Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform intermittent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally and carry 25lbs frequently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining professional and courteous conduct
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background screening

Job Duties
- Input all appointments in a timely manner
- Input of manager confirmation calls
- Assist service advisors in answering customer questions in regard to logistics and scheduling
- Help solve computer software and input problems, insuring accuracy and timeliness of reports
- Call back missed appointments
- Assist parts and dispatch in rescheduling customers with special order parts
- Perform follow up and report back to advisors and management
- Perform outbound calls
- Compile list of calls made and track notes daily to complete nightly report
- Due diligence research prior to calling customers
- Train in prescribed protocol as set forth in BDC phone script
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Regular attendance is essential
- Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company
- Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner
- Maintain professional demeanor while at work
- Must conform to the company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
