Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to perform intermittent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
  • Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally and carry 25lbs frequently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining professional and courteous conduct
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background screening

Job Duties

  • Input all appointments in a timely manner
  • Input of manager confirmation calls
  • Assist service advisors in answering customer questions in regard to logistics and scheduling
  • Help solve computer software and input problems, insuring accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Call back missed appointments
  • Assist parts and dispatch in rescheduling customers with special order parts
  • Perform follow up and report back to advisors and management
  • Perform outbound calls
  • Compile list of calls made and track notes daily to complete nightly report
  • Due diligence research prior to calling customers
  • Train in prescribed protocol as set forth in BDC phone script
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Regular attendance is essential
  • Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company
  • Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner
  • Maintain professional demeanor while at work
  • Must conform to the company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
