Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service concessions or event operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must comply with health safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service concessions or event operations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor festival environment
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Coordinate daily food operations across multiple festival vendors and stands
- Assist with setup and breakdown of food service areas including tents and equipment
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Support food vendors with supplies logistics and operational needs
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food service areas
- Troubleshoot issues quickly during service and escalate when needed
- Work closely with operations concessions and event leadership teams
- Assist with receiving and distributing deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
