Job Description

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service concessions or event operations preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must comply with health safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service concessions or event operations preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor festival environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily food operations across multiple festival vendors and stands
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of food service areas including tents and equipment
  • Monitor food inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
  • Support food vendors with supplies logistics and operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food service areas
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly during service and escalate when needed
  • Work closely with operations concessions and event leadership teams
  • Assist with receiving and distributing deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
