Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in stadium or kitchen environments preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including events
- Valid food handling certificate required
- Ability to lift and move kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a stadium and kitchen area
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
Job Duties
- Ensures highest sanitation levels for all tableware and equipment
- Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and food and beverage policies and procedures
- Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition
- Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning
- Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment
- Helps prep food items when needed
- Works in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment while communicating clearly and respectfully with employees, management, and guests
