The role of Concessions Worker is a part-time opportunity designed for individuals seeking engaging work in a lively, fast-paced environment. This position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 plus tips, providing a valuable income stream alongside flexible scheduling.

As a Concessions Worker, you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving concession items to guests, ensuring high standards of food presentation and customer service quality. This position requires adept use of a cash register as well as the ability to manage orders efficiently and accurately. Working in this role involves preparing beverages, including alcoholic drinks, responsibly while complying with state and federal regulations around age verification. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines, and consistently providing a positive guest interaction are key elements of this job. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Conduct the cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction
  • Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge of all areas in the concessions operations
  • Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to the concessions stand manager
  • Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes
  • Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly
  • Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
