Job Requirements

  • Prior bartending experience
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Legal age to serve alcohol

  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic beverage preparation
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanour with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and other technology
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Pickleball experience is a plus, but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and CityPickle standards
  • Provide warm, attentive, and responsible service to guests at the bar and cafe
  • Accurately process orders and payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stations, glassware, and equipment
  • Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Restock bar supplies, assist with inventory, and communicate needs to management
  • Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow
  • Answer guest questions about beverages, menus, and club offerings
  • Help maintain a safe, orderly, and inviting environment in the bar, cafe, and surrounding guest areas
  • Support managers and teammates with additional tasks as needed during service
