Job Requirements
- Must have previous live hosting, sales, or retail experience
- TikTok Shop live-streaming experience is strongly preferred
- Charismatic personality with engaging, high-energy delivery
- Ability to authentically drive product sales through live interaction
- Able to learn, retain, and communicate detailed product information effectively
- Comfortable interacting live with viewers, handling questions and comments smoothly
- Ability and willingness to work early mornings and weekends when the livestream schedule requires

Job Duties
- Host TikTok live sessions to showcase and demonstrate skincare products in real time
- Educate viewers on product benefits, ingredients, routines, and how to use products correctly
- Share skincare knowledge and tips to help viewers understand what works for different skin types and concerns
- Engage with the audience by answering skincare questions and responding to comments during the live
- Create a warm, trustworthy experience that builds credibility and confidence in the brand
- Communicate product information in a clear, and simple way
- Adapt in real time based on audience questions and engagement
- Represent the brand professionally while aligning with its voice, values, and skincare philosophy
- Bring strong on-camera presence, authenticity, and a genuine passion for skincare to every live session
