Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive motions constantly
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up service and clean-up
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Attend pre-shift briefing taking note of important service information
- Collaborate with kitchen team members and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and drinks
- Complete any required table-side service including taking and delivering orders and explaining the menu to guests
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items ingredients and preparations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
