Job Requirements
- Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
- Must be comfortable with constant standing and/or walking
- Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach etc. items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to help with deliveries and in-store operations is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate a computer and complete elementary level math calculations with the use of a calculator
- Ability to work as part of team
- Comfortable offering feedback and helping store teams
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks and work with a sense of urgency at all times
Job Duties
- Support the brand new Athens, GA Bake & Deliver location
- Help bake and package cookie orders at busy times
- Document areas for opportunity and coach team members
- Bake marketing/sampling orders to increase market awareness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
