Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective leadership and team management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation and kitchen management
  • Knowledge of Asian cuisine preparation
  • Ability to monitor food quality and quantity
  • Experience in managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks
  • Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate food preparation and presentation as directed by Executive Chef
  • Monitor quality and quantity of prepared food
  • Ensure proper rotation and utilization of stored food to prevent waste
  • Oversee Asian food preparation to ensure consistency, flavor, presentation, and portion control
  • Monitor staffing levels, early out requests, and overtime
  • Monitor employee performance and provide instruction
  • Maintain kitchen and storage area cleanliness and safety
