Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or serving experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of state and local serving guidelines
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Valid MAST and Food Handler's Cards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes including classic cocktails and current trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues alike
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight throughout shift
- MAST and Food Handler's Cards required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages including cocktails beer and wine with precision and efficiency
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation to ensure the well-being of our guests and team members
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining high standards of service excellence
- Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences
- Support the Tidal+ operations
