Job Requirements

  • Mast and food handler's cards required
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight throughout shift
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Strong knowledge of beverage recipes including classic cocktails and current trends
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues
  • Understanding of state and local serving guidelines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and personable demeanor
  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairings

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages including cocktails beer and wine with precision and efficiency
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area restocking supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and team members
  • Assist in training new team members and maintaining high standards of service excellence
  • Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences
  • Support the Tidal restaurant operations and guest experience
