Job Requirements
- Mast and food handler's cards required
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight throughout shift
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment
- Excellent communication skills

- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes including classic cocktails and current trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues
- Understanding of state and local serving guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages including cocktails beer and wine with precision and efficiency
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and team members
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining high standards of service excellence
- Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences
- Support the Tidal restaurant operations and guest experience
