Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in sports or event/hospitality management, communications or marketing specialization preferred
- minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience and/or training
- knowledge of microsoft office and CRM software
- ability to assist with event coordination and customer service tasks
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- ability to manage inventory and handle administrative tasks
- physical ability to sit, stand, walk and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- willingness to participate in departmental meetings and take initiative

Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in sports or event/hospitality management, communications or marketing specialization preferred
- at least 1 year of relevant industry experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of microsoft office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- experience with archtics and salesforce is a plus
Job Duties
- assist the ticket sales and service teams with creation, planning and execution of season ticket holder events and fulfillment of benefits
- assist the CRM coordinator with data capture activities including event RSVPs
- manage inventory and delivery of season ticket holder gifts, incentives, renewal sweepstake prizes and promotional items
- serve as liaison with group sales coordinator and other departments to ensure ticket programs and events operate at a world-class level
- assist with departmental mailings to season ticket holders and other fans
- edit and prepare department collateral
- support administrative and project requirements as assigned
- organize and provide feedback from post-game and event surveys
- maintain accurate invoice records working closely with the vice president of ticket sales
- attend and participate in meetings with internal and external staff to enhance ticket office events
