Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in ticketing for the arts and/or live entertainment industries
  • Advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Knowledge of Tessitura and/or Ticketmaster Host ticketing systems a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with acute attention to detail required
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
  • Possession of work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship required

  • Ability to view and interpret sales and attendance reports to advise leadership on pricing, scaling, and inventory decisions

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of ticketing and event management, season ticket holder/group sales support, service and communication for assigned markets
  • Day-to-day operations, project coordination, operational communication, service support and reporting
  • Ensure that all operational issues related to season and single event implementation meet established standards
  • Serve as primary ticketing communicator for regional executives, marketing directors, group sales managers, service centers, local ticketing entities, and production personnel
  • Participate in creation and management of operational timelines
  • Participate in planning and development of projects supported by the service center
  • Develop and execute event creation and maintenance on ticketing systems
  • Manage operational systems and applications for season ticket renewal, new acquisition programs, and single ticket sales
  • Communicate event creation details to necessary parties and verify accuracy
  • Prepare ticket events for sale
  • Provide processes and applications to service center for ticket renewal and acquisition
  • Monitor processing and fulfillment of renewals and acquisitions, sending order confirmations
  • Process upgrades/changes for season renewals and send seat confirmation letters
  • Manage inventory during event lifecycle
  • Collaborate on dynamic pricing and inventory management protocols
  • Monitor sales activities and provide regular reporting
  • Oversee ticket printing and distribution including promotional and trade tickets
  • Fulfill ticketing requirements for donors, sponsors, VIPs, and promotions
  • Manage relationships with ticket donation partners
  • Assist with season benefits fulfillment
  • Develop Box Office statements and assist in settlements
  • Maintain venue communication and consistent service policies
  • Manage market data and follow through on inconsistencies
  • Help manage escalated customer service issues
  • Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Work onsite at venues as needed
  • Assist with ticketing responsibilities for Miami and Orlando markets
  • Serve as a Broadway Across America ambassador at engagements and promotional events
