Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work all home football games
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must maintain professional image and demeanor
- Ability to operate automated ticketing software
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to adhere to NCAA regulations
Job Qualifications
- Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
- Previous customer service or retail sales experience a plus
- display a genuine desire to help people
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and possible holidays
- Must be able to work all home football games
- Professional image and demeanor
Job Duties
- Arrive promptly to all scheduled shifts and events
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, public, faculty/staff, students, and other external customers through timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns or requests
- Utilize information disseminated from Ticketing Department, such as sales information notes or specific communication from manager
- Respond to customers' requests and inquiries accurately
- refer customer to most qualified internal contact if unable to resolve
- Work effectively in automated ticketing software
- Accurately manage cash drawers when assigned
- responsible for counting cash at the end of shift
- Follow NCAA rules pertaining to student-athletes, recruits, high school coaches and Athletic Department staff
- Maintain dress code standards as appointed by supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
