Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Availability to work all home football games
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must maintain professional image and demeanor
Ability to operate automated ticketing software
Ability to handle cash accurately
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to adhere to NCAA regulations

Job Qualifications

Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
Previous customer service or retail sales experience a plus
display a genuine desire to help people
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and possible holidays
Must be able to work all home football games
Professional image and demeanor

Job Duties

Arrive promptly to all scheduled shifts and events
Provide exceptional customer service to donors, public, faculty/staff, students, and other external customers through timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns or requests
Utilize information disseminated from Ticketing Department, such as sales information notes or specific communication from manager
Respond to customers' requests and inquiries accurately
refer customer to most qualified internal contact if unable to resolve
Work effectively in automated ticketing software
Accurately manage cash drawers when assigned
responsible for counting cash at the end of shift
Follow NCAA rules pertaining to student-athletes, recruits, high school coaches and Athletic Department staff
Maintain dress code standards as appointed by supervisor
Other duties as assigned
