Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • familiarity with live event ticketing
  • experience in concert promotions
  • communication skills with venues and artist management
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • ability to meet deadlines
  • strong teamwork
  • knowledge of various live event types
  • on-site work requirement

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, music business, operations or related field preferred
  • familiarity with live event ticketing
  • understanding of concert promotions and the life cycle of an event
  • experience communicating with venues, artist management, agents, and other entertainment industry professionals
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • knowledge of music, comedy, theater, podcast, and family events
  • must be willing to work on-site in the office

Job Duties

  • report daily event ticket counts for all shows currently on sale
  • analyze show performance and report trends via Microsoft Excel
  • create and distribute tour ticketing reports internally and to partners
  • assist with box office event build documents
  • professionally communicate with agencies and box office managers
  • provide administrative support to the ticketing department
