Job Requirements

- familiarity with live event ticketing
- experience in concert promotions
- communication skills with venues and artist management
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- ability to meet deadlines

Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, music business, operations or related field preferred
- familiarity with live event ticketing
- understanding of concert promotions and the life cycle of an event
- experience communicating with venues, artist management, agents, and other entertainment industry professionals
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- knowledge of music, comedy, theater, podcast, and family events
- must be willing to work on-site in the office
Job Duties
- report daily event ticket counts for all shows currently on sale
- analyze show performance and report trends via Microsoft Excel
- create and distribute tour ticketing reports internally and to partners
- assist with box office event build documents
- professionally communicate with agencies and box office managers
- provide administrative support to the ticketing department
