Job Duties
- Own the check-in process including ticketing and boarding
- Make gate announcements and ensure customers have accurate travel documentation
- Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
- Operate loading bridges and assist with aircraft doors by opening, closing, and securing them
- Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding
- Maintain safety and security compliance throughout all operations
