Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
- Fluency in Korean with ability to pass verbal and written language assessments
- Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work fixed or rotating shifts including weekends, evenings, holidays
- Ability to pass physical ability test (PAT)
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
- Must prioritize safety and security of self, others and personal data
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Korean with ability to pass standardized language assessment
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work fixed and/or rotating schedules including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a customer service assessment
- Ability to lift bags weighing up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to hold airport-specific credentials such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties
- Greet customers to guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process
- Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation
- Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts
- Handle items as low as floor level and as high as waist level safely
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, make gate announcements, flight status, and boarding processes
- Operate jet ways to position them prior to aircraft arrival and manage aircraft door operations
- Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Maintain professionalism and strict adherence to uniform compliance while exhibiting a positive attitude
