Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and overnight shifts
  • ability to lift and move baggage weighing up to 70 pounds
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • owning the check-in process
  • owning the boarding process
  • managing seat availability and making gate announcements
  • ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
  • tagging and lifting baggage up to 70 pounds
  • operating loading bridges
  • opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
  • escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
