Job Qualifications

  • ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and overnight
  • previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus

Job Duties

  • Owning the check-in process
  • boarding process
  • managing seat availability
  • making gate announcements
  • ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
  • tagging and lifting baggage
  • operating loading bridges
  • opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
  • escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
