Job Requirements

  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties

  • Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
  • Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Operate loading bridges
  • Open, close, and secure aircraft doors
  • Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in using computer systems
  • Ensure compliance with airport-specific requirements such as holding a SIDA badge and Customs Seal
