Job Requirements

- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties
- Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
- Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
- Operate loading bridges
- Open, close, and secure aircraft doors
- Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in using computer systems
- Ensure compliance with airport-specific requirements such as holding a SIDA badge and Customs Seal
