Job Requirements

  • Meet the company’s internal mobility and residency policies
  • Be in good standing including meeting performance standards and tenure requirements
  • Ability to lift baggage weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Flexible availability for shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
  • Willingness to work 20 to 40 hours per week based on seniority
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate computers and ticketing software
  • Good physical stamina for lifting baggage
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings and overnights
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Owning the check-in process including customer greeting and computer assistance
  • Managing the boarding process including making gate announcements
  • Ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
  • Tagging and lifting baggage up to 70 pounds
  • Operating loading bridges
  • Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
  • Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
