Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Basic digital literacy
- Pass a physical ability test
- Pass a customer service assessment
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties
- Own the check-in process and boarding process including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
- Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling bags up to 70 pounds
- Operate loading bridges efficiently and safely
- Open, close, and secure aircraft doors
- Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
