Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Basic digital literacy
  • Pass a physical ability test
  • Pass a customer service assessment
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties

  • Own the check-in process and boarding process including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
  • Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling bags up to 70 pounds
  • Operate loading bridges efficiently and safely
  • Open, close, and secure aircraft doors
  • Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
