Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Basic digital literacy
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
  • Ability to pass a physical ability test and customer service assessment

Job Duties

  • Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability
  • Make gate announcements and ensure customers have accurate travel documentation
  • Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling bags up to 70 pounds
  • Operate loading bridges
  • Open, close, and secure aircraft doors
  • Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding
