Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic digital literacy
  • Pass physical ability test
  • Pass customer service assessment
  • Ability to hold SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
  • Consistently prioritize safety and security
  • Embrace diverse people and thinking
  • Proficiency in English

Job Duties

  • Own check-in process including boarding and seat availability
  • Make gate announcements and verify travel documentation
  • Tag and lift baggage up to 70 pounds
  • Operate loading bridges
  • Open, close, and secure aircraft doors
  • Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in
