Job Duties
- Own the check-in process
- own the boarding process
- manage seat availability including making gate announcements
- ensure customers have accurate travel documentation
- tag and lift baggage up to 70 pounds
- operate loading bridges
- open, close, and secure aircraft doors
- escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
