Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years experience with Ticketmaster Host and Archtics
  • supervisor experience preferred
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • excellent communication skills

  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED preferred
  • 1 to 3 years experience with Ticketmaster Host and Archtics
  • at least 1 year supervisor experience preferred
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise ticketing operations including call center and event ticketing team
  • train and supervise ticket sellers and call center agents providing ongoing support
  • handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints resolving issues professionally
  • oversee financial reconciliation of ticket sale funds and Broadway exchanges
  • conduct quality assurance checks ensuring adherence to procedures and excellent service
  • quickly resolve issues minimizing disruptions and deescalate difficult customer interactions
  • enforce company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
  • assist with data research and project support
  • collaborate with Premium Seat Coordinator on major donor relations for seat exchanges and ticket purchases
  • perform additional assigned tasks
