Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years experience with Ticketmaster Host and Archtics
- supervisor experience preferred
- ability to multitask efficiently
- excellent communication skills
- public interaction experience
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership capabilities
- ability to handle customer escalations
- proficiency in financial reconciliation

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- 1 to 3 years experience with Ticketmaster Host and Archtics
- at least 1 year supervisor experience preferred
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- experience working with the public
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise ticketing operations including call center and event ticketing team
- train and supervise ticket sellers and call center agents providing ongoing support
- handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints resolving issues professionally
- oversee financial reconciliation of ticket sale funds and Broadway exchanges
- conduct quality assurance checks ensuring adherence to procedures and excellent service
- quickly resolve issues minimizing disruptions and deescalate difficult customer interactions
- enforce company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
- assist with data research and project support
- collaborate with Premium Seat Coordinator on major donor relations for seat exchanges and ticket purchases
- perform additional assigned tasks
