Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant sales experience
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • reliable transportation for outside sales calls
  • ability to maintain detailed records and reports
  • attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in sales or ticket sales preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to meet sales goals and work in a team environment
  • proficiency with sales tracking and reporting tools
  • customer service oriented
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • experience with group sales preferred

Job Duties

  • Make outbound calls daily from provided lists and other lead sources
  • utilize sales techniques to renew, sell and upsell Flex Pack purchasers while managing that fan base
  • provide superior service to existing ticket holders, prospective and single game customers
  • procure group tickets with area businesses for client entertainment
  • procure group tickets focusing on nonprofit of the night groups and similar organizations
  • develop new sales leads and prospect daily
  • maintain call logs and reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • assist with special events and office duties as needed
  • perform other duties assigned by Director or General Manager
