Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 1 to 3 years of sports industry experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Administrative experience and/or Group Sales or Ticket Sales experience valued but not required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, flexible schedule
- Excellent communication, networking and writing skills required
- Must demonstrate high degree of motivation, time management, attention to detail and organization skills
- Able to write creatively and present ideas in clear and concise manner
- Can handle multiple projects, multi-task, and see projects through to completion

Job Duties
- Planning and execution of Season Ticket Member benefits platform with focus on ordering items and gifting, collaborating with marketing on email communication, and coordinating redemption of items and gifts
- Assisting the Senior Manager, Membership Experience, in planning and executing Season Ticket Member specific events
- Assisting the Director, Group Sales with development, planning and execution of Group Sales nights, events and ticket packages
- Developing, selling and facilitating pregame, in-game and postgame group sales events and fan experiences, and assisting the group sales department in greeting guests and escorting groups on court
- Assisting Marketing and Membership Engagement with crafting and executing pregame, in game or postgame sales events and initiatives
- Leading and executing group leader receptions and new business development prospecting events including RSVP process, invites, client confirmations and event registration
- Leading and communicating the FEP Calendar among Ticket Sales and cross-departmental teams
- Coordinating or assisting in new business, premium and membership related direct mail and email campaigns
- Managing autographed inventory and sales items
- Assisting in budget updates and purchase order management
- Assisting in presenting and compiling sales contest results
- Regular attendance in team meetings as needed
- Serving as liaison between Ticket Sales and other departments
- Developing and managing the Group Sales School Assembly Program
- Assisting with staffing and preparing Group Sales and Ticket Sales kiosks game days
- Building and communicating Group Sales and Ticket Sales game day synopsis and sales reports
- Assisting with updating Group Sales web content
- Running group sales fundraising check process and purchase orders
- Coordinating ordering and delivery of all items related to fan experiences, giveaways, member gifts
- Performing other duties as assigned by Ticket Sales Leadership Team
