Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Box Office management or similar role
- Proficiency with ticketing systems TM1+, TM Host, Archtics
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of Box Office experience
- Experience in a management or supervisory role in concerts/live entertainment venue
- Expertise with a major ticketing system (Ticketmaster, AXS, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and financial constraints
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and general accounting knowledge
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to demonstrate judgment and discretion
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Problem identification and solution skills
- Leadership in project management from origin to execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effective oral and written interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Support the Director, Ticketing Systems & Operations on all event builds, box office policies, daily operations, and administration of the Box Office and Answers Portal (Intuit Dome Box Office)
- Build and maintain events on primary ticketing system including scaling maps, seating manifests, financial records, and settlement of event box office statements
- Advise and assist with implementation, reporting, and generation of event reports
- Assume lead role for Box Office or Answers Portal during assigned events
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer, promoter, and internal inquiries
- Innovate to improve Box Office guest experience and maintain safety for employees and guests
- Coordinate with marketing on event announcements, presales, and onsales at Intuit Dome and Kia Forum
- Collaborate with Arena Operations on sightline issues and proper floor setups
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, promoters, and other entities
- Identify and suggest processing efficiencies for sales and ticket operations
- Reconcile ticket sales issues with finance department including shortages and overages
- Prioritize and delegate workload, problem solve efficiently
- Oversee Box Office cash handling requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
