Austin FC is a professional soccer club that joined Major League Soccer (MLS) as the league's 27th franchise in January 2019. The team officially began competing in the MLS in April 2021 and has since become a prominent presence in American soccer. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum one year experience in ticketing or related professional setting
- Ability to communicate verbally with a wide range of people
- Strong time management and attention to details
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn new programs
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, SeatGeek knowledge preferred
- English language proficiency required, bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in ticketing department, preferably one year minimum in professional setting
- Experience collaborating with corporate partnerships, marketing, events, and strategy departments a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SalesForce a plus
- Ability to learn new programs and systems
- Knowledge and experience working with a ticketing system, SeatGeek knowledge a plus
- English and/or Spanish language proficiency is essential and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
- Great work ethic, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle several projects at once
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Assist in creating and managing the event building processes for all events at Q2 Stadium and Parmer Field at St. David’s Performance Center through the Club’s ticketing system (SeatGeek)
- Continue improving the training system for seasonal and part-time staff
- Assist in hiring and managing seasonal part-time staff and internships
- Assist with supervising Ticket HQ’s (box office) for all Q2 Stadium events and Parmer Field at St. David’s Performance Center
- Support sales and service staff with order processing, payments, and ticket system help
- Help manage the process for ticket requests
