Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- knowledge of motorsports or racing events a plus

Job Duties
- Assist with the sales and service of DIS daily tours
- practice needs-based selling techniques through superior customer service
- continually learn new events, promotions, sales techniques and operational materials
- create, sell and process DAYTONA EXPERIENCE tickets via ticket software
- operate computer, calculator, copier and other office machines
- assist with offsite ticket sales and promotions
- provide exceptional customer service
