Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer service experience
  • Interest in or experience with arts-related enterprises
  • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs regularly
  • Ability to operate office machinery including computers, printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments and teams
  • Commitment to Trinity Rep’s values of equity and antiracism

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of professional experience in customer service
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Interest and/or involvement in an arts-related enterprise
  • Ability to respond effectively to questions from managers, employees, patrons, and the general public in writing, by phone, and face-to-face
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, G Suite, collaboration software such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, and file sharing software like Dropbox and One Drive

Job Duties

  • Ensuring patrons have an exceptional and welcoming experience
  • Providing concierge-style customer service to patrons and visitors
  • Processing and fulfilling ticket sales through various communication channels
  • Assisting patrons with ticket exchanges and will-call duties for performances
  • Responding to mail and email inquiries promptly
  • Performing database cleanup and maintaining ticketing records
  • Assisting in the preparation for mass ticket mailings
