Job Requirements

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to one or more years of professional customer service
  • Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers, printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and ascend/descend stairs
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments
  • Commitment to antiracism and diversity initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of professional experience in customer service
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Interest and/or involvement in an arts-related enterprise
  • Box office experience is a plus
  • Ability to effectively respond to questions in writing, by telephone, and face-to-face
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, G Suite, collaboration and file sharing software

Job Duties

  • Ensuring patrons and community members have an exceptional, welcoming, and inclusive experience
  • Providing high-level, concierge-style customer service to patrons and visitors
  • Processing and fulfilling ticket sales through various communication channels
  • Assisting patrons with ticket exchanges and other requests
  • Working will-call for performances
  • Responding to mail and email inquiries
  • Assisting in database cleanup and preparation for mass ticket mailings
