- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event operations strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner in person, by phone, and by email
- Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using university's ticketing system
- Provide detailed information to patrons regarding event schedules, seating, pricing, and policies
- Prepare and distribute will-call tickets, manage group sales, and assist with season ticket packages
- Support event-day operations including ticket scanning, guest services, troubleshooting, and coordinating with ushers and security
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and customer databases
- Provide administrative support to the Operations and Events Management team in coordinating logistics for university events
