Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner in person, by phone, and by email
  • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using university's ticketing system
  • Provide detailed information to patrons regarding event schedules, seating, pricing, and policies
  • Prepare and distribute will-call tickets, manage group sales, and assist with season ticket packages
  • Support event-day operations including ticket scanning, guest services, troubleshooting, and coordinating with ushers and security
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and customer databases
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations and Events Management team in coordinating logistics for university events
