Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Must successfully pass required background checks
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours including seasonal adjustments
- Ability to provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
- Capability to multitask and manage phone calls during service
- Availability to work part-time, 28 hours per week, including weekends
Job Qualifications

- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register accurately processing sales transactions
- Educate customers about The Arc of Spokane's mission and values
- Manage multitasking duties such as answering phones while assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
- Assist with seasonal schedule flexibility and adapt to changing store hours
