Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- two years of intermediate cooking skills experience
- previous customer service experience
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- ability to interact professionally with customers and employees
- ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- ability to stand, walk and move through kitchen and casino areas
- capable of handling objects up to fifty pounds
- able to work in hot and cold temperature environments
- comply with safety and sanitation standards
- able to work in smoking permitted areas
Job Qualifications

- culinary education or experience preferred
- two years of intermediate cooking skills required

- excellent communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking effectively

- ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with physical stamina
Job Duties
- Rotate between cooking stations and restaurants in hot temperature areas
- have command of all kitchen stations including roast, fry, pasta, vegetable, grill, pantry, breakfast, sauté, and high volume cooking
- maintain proper food temperatures as per ServSafe standards
- properly label, date, and rotate all products to ensure safety and sanitation
- review production schedules and determine food requirements including variety and quantity
- assemble supplies and equipment for daily cooking activities
- follow production sheets and use a variety of pots, pans, and cooking equipment
