Job Requirements
- ability to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment
- visual acuity for safety and accuracy

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- supervise daily shift activities and support team members
- motivate and inspire the team to deliver superior service and drink quality
- play to team members' strengths by optimizing shift roles
- handcraft each cup with care alongside baristas
- develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and local community
- assess and communicate team performance to store leaders
- hold team members accountable for attendance and breaks
- support training and promotion of team members
- assist store leaders with operations and administrative duties
- implement and uphold Philz safety programs
