Job Requirements
- Food manager certification or ability to complete Philz Coffee Food Manager certification within 30 days of hire
- 3+ years experience managing customer service retail or food service business
- proven financial management skills including revenue and cost management
- ability to foster inclusive, diverse, and dynamic work environment
- self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling

- 3+ years experience managing fast paced, high volume customer service-oriented business
- proven experience managing financial operations including P&L
- ability to create inclusive and dynamic team environments
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
