Job Requirements

  • Food manager certification or ability to complete Philz Coffee Food Manager certification within 30 days of hire
  • 3+ years experience managing customer service retail or food service business
  • proven financial management skills including revenue and cost management
  • ability to foster inclusive, diverse, and dynamic work environment
  • self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience managing fast paced, high volume customer service-oriented business
  • proven experience managing financial operations including P&L
  • ability to create inclusive and dynamic team environments
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to recruit, motivate, train, and retain team members
  • solid business acumen

Job Duties

  • Provide frontline leadership to team members
  • manage financial health of the store including P&L oversight
  • cultivate and maintain a culture aligned with company core values
  • train, develop, and motivate team members

  • partner with district recruiters to attract and retain talent
