Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of job readiness training at one of the company's nonprofit partners
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use technology effectively
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills

- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
Job Duties
- Become an expert of the brand's selling behaviors and leverage them with every customer
- Serve as a role model to achieve priorities in store with the customer as the primary focus
- Support the store leadership team to collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and share expertise in an assigned specialized functional area
- Support completion of work processes before or after the store closes including opening and/or closing the store
- Listen and ask questions to solicit customer feedback to understand needs and provide service
- Handle unique or complex customer interactions courteously and professionally
