Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service preferred
- ability to work early morning hours from 4:45 am to 9 am/12 pm
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- strong problem-solving abilities
- passion for health and fitness

Job Duties
- Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
- provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues
- handle front desk activities including answering phones and checking-in members
- take prospective members on tours of the facility
- ensure gym systems and processes are followed
- enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
