Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work in an environment with bright lights and noise
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position preferred
- Bilingual abilities a plus
- Knowledge of service standards and food and beverage products
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a casino environment with exposure to bright lights and noise
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Ensure excellent internal and external guest service
- Monitor all beverage outlets for compliance with company standards and regulations
- Review administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy and compliance
- Adjust staffing levels based on business needs
- Assist in establishing and monitoring budget goals for the Food and Beverage department
- Manage personnel-related tasks including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, training, evaluating, promoting, and counseling
- Establish and enforce standards of service for each food and beverage outlet
- Represent the department in labor and employee-related hearings
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
