Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work in an environment with bright lights and noise
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position preferred
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
  • Knowledge of service standards and food and beverage products
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a casino environment with exposure to bright lights and noise
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Ensure excellent internal and external guest service
  • Monitor all beverage outlets for compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Review administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy and compliance
  • Adjust staffing levels based on business needs
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring budget goals for the Food and Beverage department
  • Manage personnel-related tasks including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, training, evaluating, promoting, and counseling
  • Establish and enforce standards of service for each food and beverage outlet
  • Represent the department in labor and employee-related hearings
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
