Job Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Experience in food and beverage service
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of service standards, food and beverage products, preparations, and presentation
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work effectively in a casino environment with exposure to bright lights and noise

Job Duties

  • Ensure excellent internal and external guest service
  • Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and all federal, state and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
  • Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Monitor staffing levels of all Food and Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs
  • Assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department
  • Handle personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling
  • Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each food and beverage outlet
