Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Experience in food and beverage service
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of service standards, food and beverage products, preparations, and presentation
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively in a casino environment with exposure to bright lights and noise
Job Duties
- Ensure excellent internal and external guest service
- Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and all federal, state and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
- Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures
- Monitor staffing levels of all Food and Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs
- Assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department
- Handle personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling
- Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each food and beverage outlet
