Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of institutional cooking experience
- Two years of food service experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- On-site presence required with commutable distance to NewYork-Presbyterian
- Must comply with food safety standards
- Reliable and punctual

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Job Duties
- Produce all hot foods including preparation of wraps, paninis, sandwiches, pizza and grab and go items
- Rotate between various stations including soup, salad, and sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service demands
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
