Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of related institutional cooking experience
  • Minimum two years of food service experience
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must live within a commutable distance to NewYork-Presbyterian
  • Must be willing to work on-site
  • Ability to adhere to sanitation and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of food service experience
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Produce all hot foods including preparation of wraps, paninis, sandwiches, pizza and grab-and-go items
  • Rotate between various stations including soup, salad, and sanitation
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory management and stock supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
