Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of related institutional cooking experience
  • Two years of food service experience
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • On-site presence required
  • Must live within commutable distance to job site
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Produce all hot foods including wraps, paninis, sandwiches, and pizza
  • Prepare 'grab and go' items
  • Rotate between soup, salad, and sanitation stations
  • Perform job related duties as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
