Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent GED
- minimum one year cooking experience in food and beverage industry preferably in high volume feeding environment
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and dependable attendance
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- comply with OSHA standards and health department regulations
- maintain personal hygiene and safety
- ability to follow banquet event orders and execute duties with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent GED
- minimum one year cooking experience in a food and beverage environment
- ability to interact positively with others in a professional manner
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- understanding of kitchen setup and food safety practices
- effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English

Job Duties
- assist with food preparation and production
- help in plating and clean-up for all events
- ensure food quality standards and proper food handling
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen
- safely operate kitchen utensils and equipment
- receive, store, and stock food and supplies
- follow departmental policies and safety regulations
