Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift push and pull objects up to 50lbs
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to read and understand written policies and correspondence including safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 6 hours without breaks
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to read and understand written policies and correspondence including safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment under heavy pressure
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively to be understood by fans and employees
- Requires extensive mobility and ability to walk and stand for up to 6 hours without a set break
- Ability to lift push and pull objects up to 50lbs
- Ability to bend and stand for long periods of time
Job Duties
- Check and scan Theme Night tickets at designated distribution areas ensuring guests receive appropriate promotional items
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of Theme Night locations and activations ensuring areas are prepared properly and visually appealing
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests answering questions and addressing concerns in a positive professional and courteous manner
- Effectively communicate with guests co-workers and management to ensure successful execution of Theme Night activities and seamless guest experience
- Maintain a neat tidy and professional appearance by adhering to uniform and grooming standards
- Assist with various event-related tasks including managing crowd flow and maintaining safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
