Job Duties
- Check and scan Theme Night tickets at designated distribution areas ensuring guests receive promotional items efficiently
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of all Theme Night locations and activations ensuring areas are prepared and equipped
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests answering questions and addressing concerns professionally
- Communicate effectively with guests co-workers and management to ensure successful execution of Theme Night activities
- Maintain a neat tidy and professional appearance adhering to uniform and grooming standards
- Assist with event-related tasks including managing crowd flow and maintaining safety protocols
- Perform all other duties as assigned
